Jackllyn and Rebecca, I am so sorry for your loss. I know our fathers were close friends and coworkes.... my father thought the world of your dad, and would have done anything for him. your father was such a kind and funny guy, my father would come home from work and tell us stories about something he and Frank did or said, that always seemed to make us laugh. I can only think of good memories when I think of your father. He will be greatly missed. If you need anything or just to talk, as you know Daddy passed away coming up on 2 years in July, sometimes you need to talk to someone who empathizes. just call or email. koscinski@etsu.edu

We were shocked and saddened to learn of Frank's passing. I had not seen him for number of years, but I ran into him a year or so ago at the Steamtown Mall. He hadn't changed a bit...the same friendly and outgoing guy he was when I met him 20+ years ago while at King's college. My deepest sympathies go out to his family.

Just the sound of your voice always made me smile. I don't like to think of all the things I will never get to share with you. You will be terribly missed by everyone whose life you touched.

To our "Franco," the loss of you here on Earth saddens us greatly, but the thought that you are up in Heaven with God and all of your beloved family provides us with some comfort during our time of heartbreak. We will remember the fun times, like our wedding, the many adventures of "Franco and Guida" antics in Old Forge, my introduction to Old Forge pizza, Disney, taking me to pick out my first Mazda, arguing about politics....the list goes on, as does your memory. We love you, Franco, and may you rest in peace... until we meet again... Sarah, Brett, Dominik and Bella

Dear Family, Today God has taken home one of his children. We grieve the loss but, praise God because Frank is in a better place. I had never had the chance to meet Frank, but, I take Laureen's word that he was a patriot. As a minister and a member of the Scranton Tea Party My heart goes out to all the family and friends. God Bless you all!! And may the angels lead Frank safely Home. Pastor Paul V. Smith CUC Ministries Inter. Member Scranton Tea Party

The passing of Frank is so hard to believe, I am truly saddened. Frank was a "good man,a kind and gentle soul". Anyone who had the opportunity to meet Frank will ALWAYS remember Frank for that beautiful smile of his, his kind and giving ways and the fact that Frank rarely ever said "No" to anyone, to the contrary Frank would help "anyone" and be there if someone needed help, without wanting anything in return, he was an honest man, a real "Gentleman".... Everyone who was fortunate to meet and get to know Frank has lost someone they will always remember with good memories... He has left all of us in shock and with tremendous sadness.... My favorite poem reminds me of Frank... "Some people come into our lives and quickly go... Some stay for awhile ~~ leave footprints in our hearts and we are never quite the same.... Frank ~~ "Thank you for the Footprints".............. Rest In Peace Frank ~~ Rest In Peace.....

My sincere condolences go out to the family. I am so saddened and broken hearted over this news. Frank was not only a friend, but a true patriot. One that encouraged me,as well as others, on a daily basis. One that was always there to help anyone that needed it. A true American Patriot, a kind and wonderful man. A man with a heart of gold. Someone that always saw the good in people. I just can not say enough good things about him. He was just a really good man. I am sure that anyone that knew him would describe him the exact same way.My heart is broken, as I am sure many are today. Words truly can not describe the sadness I feel over his passing. It is a sad day not only for me, but for all of those who ever had the great privelege of knowing him. We will surely feel an empty space in our hearts without him. I know I will. May God heal us all from the pain and sorrow we feel at his loss and may Frank rest in Peace.
