Obituaries

Eusebio B. Rios, age 53, of West Scranton, passed away Monday afternoon at the Moses Taylor Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, on March 5, 1956, son of the late Carmelo and Asuncion Torres Rios, prior to his illness he worked as a cable technician in New Jersey.
He is survived by his brother, Juan Rios, at home, and his sister, Carmen Rios of San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, and several nieces and nephews.
Private local funeral services will be conducted on Saturday. Services and interment will be in the New Cemetery, Saint Sebastian, Puerto Rico.
Arrangements are under the care of the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue, Scranton.
