Obituaries

Joseph Yescavage, age 91, a guest of the Allied Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton, died Wednesday morning at the Center. He was preceded in death by his first wife Josephine Ambrozewicz Yescavage in 1939 and his second wife Josephine Dalechak Yescavage in 2000.
Born on March 31, 1915 in Scranton he was the son of the late Joseph and Martha Yescavage.He was employed by the Railroad.
He is survived by his one son,
Joseph Yescavage and his wife Loretta of Old Forge and four grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren .
He was also preceded in death by two brothers Vincent and Charles.
Private funeral services will be conducted on Friday in the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, 517 N. Main Street, Old Forge with a blessing service by the Rev. Joseph M. Brozena, Pastor of St.Michael’s Roman catholic Church, Old Forge. Interment will be at Dunmore Cemetery in Dunmore.
There will be no public calling hours.
