Obituaries

Delores Williams, age 62, of Scranton, passed away Thursday at the Commonwealth Hospice Inpatient Unit of Regional Hospital of Scranton. She is survived by her husband, David Williams. Wed on May 27, 1972, the couple were married for 41 years. Born in Scranton on November 13, 1951, and daughter of the late Jacob and Elisabeth Cray Ruck, Delores was a devoted member of the Moosic Christian Missionary Alliance Church. An outdoorswoman who enjoyed fishing, riding horses and picking blueberries, she will be dearly missed.
She is also survived by her two sons, Willard Williams of Moosic, and Eric Williams of Columbia, Missouri; and nieces and nephews, Lorrie, Susan, Jennifer, Lisa and Henry.
Private graveside services at Marcy Cemetery in Duryea are under the care of the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge.
