Nicole L. Fiorani, 27, a lifelong resident of the North Pocono area, died Thursday night at Moses Taylor Hospital along with her baby boy who was due in March.
Born February 17, 1986 in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of Armand and Cindy Dombek Fiorani, Covington Township. A graduate of North Pocono High School, she was a member of Thornhurst United Methodist Church.
Nicole was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. She enjoyed arts, crafts, and animals. She loved her family and cherished every moment that she had with members of her family. But nothing in this world could make Nicole happier than her daughter, Kalli, who was the light of her life and could make even her worst day bright. Nicole will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Surviving in addition to her parernts are, her beloved daughter, Kalli Fiorani; maternal grandmother, Carol Dombek; paternal grandparents, Armand and Bonnie Fiorani; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Nicole was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Lawrence Dombek.
A Celebration of Nicole’s life will be Saturday at 10:00 AM in Duffy and Snowdon Funeral Home, Inc., 401 Church Street, Moscow, with Rev. Eric Lucsak, pastor of Daleville and Maple Lake United Methodist Churches, officiating. Interment will follow at Fern Knoll Burial Park, Dallas.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Friday from 4 – 7 PM in the funeral home. The family has requested that contributions be made in Nicole’s memory to the Kalli Fiorani Education Fund, c/o Pennstar Bank, 409 Lackawanna Ave., Scranton, PA 18503.
