Robert Michael Jasuta, age 42, of Moosic, passed away Monday evening after a brief illness. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kimberley Manley Jasuta. Wed on April 5, 1997, the couple were married for 15 years. Born on October 16, 1969, son of the late Leonard W. Jasuta, Sr., who died on November 26th, 2011, and Janet Lucas Jasuta of Moosic, Rob graduated Riverside High School, Class of 1987, before attending Wilkes University. For the past ten years, he had worked in furniture installation for One Point, Inc., of Scranton. Of the Roman Catholic faith, he and his family, were members of Divine Mercy Parish. An avid outsdoorsman, he was also a proud member of the Greenwood Sportsman Club.
A devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, he will be forever missed.
He is also survived by his darling daughter, Lian Jasuta, at home; his brother, Leonard W. Jasuta, Jr., and wife Mary Anne of Manhattan Beach, California; and several nieces and nephews.
Blessing services to be conducted by Rev. Francis L. Pauselli, Pastor of Divine Mercy Parish, are scheduled for Saturday at noon in the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge. Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Saturday between 10:00-12:00PM at the funeral home.
Interment, St. Mary of Czestochowa Cemetery, Greenwood, at the convenience of the family.
