Patrick W. Lockett, age 71, of Moosic, passed away Tuesday at Hospice of the Sacred Heart Inpatient Unit, Dunmore, after an illness.
Born in Bath Avon, England, on September 16, 1945, son of the late William and Kathleen Burns Lockett, Patrick was a graduate of Moosic High School, Class of 1963. Prior to his retirement, he worked at Preferred Meal Systems, Inc., Moosic. Leaving behind an adoring family, he will be dearly missed by countless relatives and friends.
He is survived by his brother, Larry Lockett of Moosic; his beloved nieces and nephew, April Keyes and husband Colonel Craig of San Antonio, Texas, Tracey Decker of Hazelton, and Travis Lockett of Moosic; two great nieces; four great nephews; and his great-great nephew.
His family would like to thank both Debbie Duvall, for her amazing care, and the entire staff of Hospice of the Sacred Heart for making Pat’s final days comfortable.
Graveside service details at Marcy Cemetery in Duryea will be announced.
Arrangements are under the care of the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge.
