Born in Moosic on November 9, 1948, Judy was the daughter of the late John J. and Ivonne (Biel) Jakubco, and she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 28 years, Richard “Dick” Seymour.
Despite many accomplishments in life, her selfless nature would only want you to know that she loved God, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend……”After all……it’s the next life that counts!” No matter the challenges placed in her path, she faced every endeavor with unwavering determination and faith knowing that God had her back.
Judy was a dedicated career nurse before devoting herself to Christian Youth Education, although becoming a member of the Connect Church congregation ultimately completed her life.
She is survived by her loving family including her children, Kristy Perrotti and husband Jim Jr. of Moosic, Jill Seymour and wife Cole of Millstone, NJ., and Ken Seymour of Scranton; five adored grandchildren, Noah, Austin, Ava, Madison and Janese; her sister, Barbara Ciesielski and husband Bob of Mt. Cobb; and nieces and nephews.
Her family wishes to acknowledge and thank Pastors Tim and Lisa Webb and the entire congregation of Connect Church for providing Judy with unconditional love, sharing of her faith, and blessing her with the warmth and support of a Christ-centered extended family completing her journey towards God.
A celebration of Judy’s life is scheduled for Thursday at 5:00 PM at Connect Church, 406 N. Main Street in Taylor, to be celebrated by Pastor Tim Webb.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the church on Thursday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. Private entombment will be Friday at Fairview Memorial Park Mausoleum in Elmhurst Twp.
