Hi my name is Linda Hoover, I have known own Eva all of my life. My husband Harold Hoover was the former organist of Elm Park United Methodist Church. I've been a life long member of Elm Park. I was so sorry to hear of Eva's passing she will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Always had a smile on her face and was willing to help anyone who needed help. I'll always remember her sitting at the front desk on Sunday mornings and greeting people as they came to worship. I can still picture her and her mom Mary always sitting in the same pew seats on sundays. She is in God's care now and with her family. Again I'm terribly sorry for your loss but find peace in knowing that heaven has gained a beautiful , loving and caring Angel. Linda Hoover

I remember meeting Eva at Elm Park Church. She had previously worked at Goodman & Theise where my father, Samuel Housley also worked. She told me she remembered when I was born and how proud my father was. How wonderful of her to tell me that and something I will never forget. She was a lovely person.

Eva, there truly are no words to describe your magnificence, devotion, love, and many attributes. “Well done, my good and faithful servant” must have been music to your ears on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Heaven is truly rejoicing that you’re finally home with your loved ones, never to be separated again. You stole my heart 50 years ago, and I shall love you forever. Carol Fronduti
