Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

Dear Melanie and family, I was shocked to hear of Marty’s passing. I only met Marty briefly, but he worked for years with my late husband John May. John spoke of Marty often and it was plain to see just how much he enjoyed working with him! Thinking of all Marty’s loved ones at this sad time, and wishing you all “God’s Peace and Comfort”.

Melanie, Kyle, Cara, I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Marty´s passing. I worked at Metlife 38 years until I retired, the last 20 in the Network with Marty. He is a wonderful person, always ready to help if anyone needed it not getting enough credit for his efforts. As a single home owner I bugged him for advice with my house and gave me his friend Mike´s name to install a new furnace. I used to call him my ´3rd brother´. He is such a good person, he will be so missed. My prayers for you all, my heart hurts for you. Judy Albert

We were sorry to hear of the passing of Marty. I had the great pleasure of working with him at MetLife. I always remember him as a kind and true gentleman. He was a person who could be approached easily and always took the time to answer any questions I may have had surrounding networking. Rest in Peace Marty.

Coach Marty, When I was in high school you and Melanie were my second family. I'll never ever forget the life lessons you taught me, the encouragement to work harder and push myself, and to never give up. You played a major part in my life. 9-0 forever. Godspeed. Love # 34.

Very saddened to hear the passing of Mr Barthold. So many great memories of him pitching to our little league team Dave Febbo sporting goods. He always did everything he could to help us get better. He was a great example to us young men. My prayers go out to the family!🙏
