North Scranton has lost one of it's best!! My thoughts and Prayers to Gino, Joanne and all of the Foley Family. Such an amazing young man is gone but will never be forgotten. I am so very sorry for your loss. May God Bless Bobby with eternal life.

I always liked Bob. I remember years dating back to I guess middle school and basketball. Great player, loved his 3pt shot. Fun, nice memories throughout the years ever since....last I saw him was his daughters dance recital and I got the chance to say hello : ). Cool, good guy! My deepest condolences to his whole family especially his parents, sister, wife and kids...God bless 🙏

My love and prayers go out to the whole family. Ever since I met Bob when his family moved in next door, he has always been filled with such kindness. Every memory I have of him is filled with such heartfelt joy. He truly has such a rare and true spirit and I’m very thankful that I got to see that as well. The entire family is so beautiful and kind.. many blessings and love to you all….
