Catherine Moyer, 66 of Scranton, passed away peacefully on Sunday at home surrounded by her family.
Born October 18, 1955, she was the daughter of late Walter E. Moyer, Sr. and Sara Moyer.
Surviving is her brother Walter Moyer, Jr. of Scranton, her daughter, Denise Oakley and husband Kiley Oakley of Scranton, Celeste Perez/ Joseph Hudak of Dickson City; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Her sister, Judith Carlin, also proceeded her in death
Catherine was a CNA for Dr. Shire, worked for Holiday manor, and Harrison house personnel care homes.
She loved to travel, crochet, and loved jazz music. She lived a simple life and was well loved by all who knew her.
Private arrangements are under the direction of the Kevin K. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 N. Main Ave., Scranton.
