Just saw Phil about 2 weeks ago. He stopped over the house and we shot the breeze for a good 20 minutes. I can’t believe he’s No longer with us. Great person and very skilled electrician. RIP my friend.

Peggy, so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I remember the handsome young man when visiting your home many years ago. Prayers for Phil and his family.

Our Heartfelt Condolences To The Urban Family. We were shocked & Saddened by the passing of Phil. He was one Great guy & he will be sorely missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him. PHILBOW. I,m at a lose for words. You were one of my true friends I could count on to get things fixed. We go back many yrs doing projects together. I will Shirley miss my garage conversations we had together about life. I,ll look for you when I get up there.
