He loved a good dinner out and never met a glass of wine he didn’t enjoy.
Above all else came his family, especially his adored grandchildren whom will forever miss their papa.
He is survived by his son, William Baron, Jr. and wife Christine of Duryea and step-children, Amy Odzana and husband Robert of Moosic, John Decker of Old Forge and Joey Decker of Taylor; grandchildren, Adison, Riley, Chase. Julianna, Bentley and Sammy; his former wife and friend, Trish Yacko of Covington Twp.; siblings, Joseph Baron of Throop, Barbara Garvey of Scranton, Christopher Baron and wife Susan of Vandling and Robert Baron and wife Lisa of Phillipsburg, N.J.; many nieces and nephews.
Blessing services are scheduled for Friday, September 10th, at noon in the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge, with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery in South Scranton.
