Obituaries

Georgette Hudak, age 65, of Taylor, formerly of Peckville, passed away Saturday morning under the care of the staff at Riverside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Born on January 4, 1956, and daughter of the late George H. and Veronica (Fetcho) Hudak, Georgette was a longtime banker with PNC Bank, having been awarded several times for her loyalty and longevity with the company, including induction into the 25-year club in 1999.
A longtime member of St. Michael’s Church, she had a kind heart and served as caregiver to her mother until her passing in 2010.
Georgette had three siblings, Frank Hudak, Dolores Corbin and husband Bob and Theresa Kurilla and husband Leo; and many nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services will be from the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge, with burial at St. Michael’s Cemetery to follow.
