Prior to his decline in health, Joe could often be seen enjoying his favorite pastime, boating and fishing at Francis Slocum State Park. An avid New York Yankees fan, he had a passion for baseball.

As well as continued countless support of his friends and neighbors for providing Joseph with companionship, love and care over the last few years since the passing of his wife, Isabell.
Due to the current pandemic, a private memorial service, under the care and direction of Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., Old Forge, will take place at the convenience of the family.
