Maryann we are very sorry for your loss, the kids still talk about the Halloween party's at your home and how you and Neil made them feel special. Neil was a great guy that would do anything for anyone, he will be sadly missed by all but never forgotten. All our love the Kugler Family

Mary Ann, I am so sorry for your loss. I met Neil at Gertrude Hawk's, he was doing security at our building. We struck a friendship as we talked about the old Navy days. I spent a few Saturdays at your home drinking a few beverages with Neil. He taught me to play the intro to Hotel California on acoustic guitar and helped me buy my Les Paul. He also helped me find flight jackets for my Father and my wife, JoAnne's, Father, too. An avid modeler, we went to a show in Wilkes-Barre where hundreds of modelers displayed their talents. Although we drifted apart years ago, his sense of humor and his honor for our country always left an impression on me. Fair wind and following seas. We have the watch. God Bless you, Tom and JoAnne

Maryann, I and my family are just so saddened, to hear of Neil's passing, although it has been some time since we've seen each other, our hearts are heavy with the news! Neil made the world a more fun place to be ! I will never forget the laughs we had together! When I think of him now,I cant help but smile, and imagine his commentary on this note. Our most sincere condolences to you ,who he simply adored. My family's thoughts and prayers are with you during this trying time. Put quite plainly Mare, I am so very sorry. Much love, David, Roberta and McKenzie

Mary Ann, this is Isaac. I am formerly from Scranton, now living in the midwest. Neil and I went to the Madison School together on Quincy Ave as kids. I many times remember going to his home and always talking about models, radio control items, and the 'model factory' just north of his childhood home on Madison and Ash St. I was very sorry to hear about his passing. I send my condolences and thoughts to you and your family.
