Obituaries

Natalie M. Milano, R.N., age 71, of Scranton, passed away Sunday morning at Lackawanna County Health Care Center in Peckville. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F.V. McAuliffe, II, on May 18, 1998.
Born in Pottsville on January 18, 1949, and daughter of the late Irene (Reichenbach) Milano and Michael Milano and wife Catherine, Natalie was a graduate of the former Cathedral High school, Class of 1966. A graduate of the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, Natalie became a registered nurse before first working for that hospital. Upon marriage, she worked at Lancaster Hospital.
She is survived by four loving sons, William McAuliffe, III, and wife Melissa of Scranton, Brian McAuliffe of Scranton and Sean McAuliffe and wife Jenny and Marques Johnson and wife Katie, all of Indiana; five grandchildren, Shayne, Victoria, Brian, Jr., Kairo and Selah; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Francis “Rocky” Milano.
Private service arrangements and burial at St. Mary of Czestochowa Cemetery, Moosic, are under the care of the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Homes, Inc., Old Forge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Natalie’s name to the donor’s fondest charity.
