Robert L. Kupetsky, C.P.A., age 80, of West Scranton, passed away Monday at Riverside Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Taylor, after a long illness.
Bob was born on July 14, 1939, son of the late Irving and Kate Kupetsky. After serving as a Certified Public Accountant for the Bank of New York, he started his own tax practice in Edison, N.J. He also proudly served his country as a member of the Army National Guard.
Bob enthusiastically pursued and guided others in muscle toning and other fitness activities. Full of life, he also enjoyed dancing and cooking. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Adam Kupetsky and wife Michelle Cantrell of Tulsa Oklahoma, Stephen Kupetsky and wife Kristen of Deerfield Beach, Florida, and Erine Kupetsky of Allentown, N.J.; five grandchildren; brothers Sam, Phil, David and Paul; and nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday between 3-5:00PM at the Kevin K. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue, Scranton. Private entombment will take place at a future date at Franklin Memorial Park in New Jersey.
