Paul Timothy Hill, age 48, of Nicholson, passed away Tuesday evening. He is survived by his beloved wife, Caroline Hurrey Hill. The couple celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary on May 20th.
Born on May 13, 1970 and raised in West Scranton, Paul was the son of George Hill of Clarks Summit and the late Ann Marie Tobin Hill. A graduate of West Scranton High School, Class of 1988, he then earned an Accounting Degree from East Stroudsburg University. He was the founder and owner of BJTN Auto Glass of Nicholson.
A serious NASCAR and football fan, Paul especially rooted for the Pittsburgh Steelers. A longtime Harley Davidson owner, one of his favorite pastimes was riding his bike. Above all came his family and friends and to no surprise to anyone, his children were his everything. Dying unexpectedly, Paul will forever be missed.
He is survived by four adored children, Bethany Hill of Luzerne, Jacob Hill of Wilkes Barre, Timothy Hill and George Noah Hill, both of Nicholson; a darling granddaughter, Liliana; six brothers; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
His brother, George “Butch” Hill also preceded him in death.
Private arrangements are under the care of the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue, Scranton.
