Joseph A. Belles, age 39, formerly of Hughestown, died Wednesday evening in Kirkwood, N.Y..
Born on March 25, 1978, son of father, Andrew J. Belles, and stepmother, Jacqueline Belles, of Hughestown and raised in Pittston, he attended Pittston Area High School before becoming an independent truck driver. A computer wiz, he had a knack for understanding all things electronic. Passing away unexpectedly, he will be forever missed.
He is survived by two sons, Tanner and Collen Belles, both of Sorento Illinois; five siblings, Andrew, Bethanie and Chloe Belles, all of Hughestown, and Amy and Haley Belles, both of Wilkes Barre; his grandfather, Joseph Belles of Old Forge; and his grandmother, Hellen Belles of Buffalo, New York.
Grandparents, Rose and Paul Wheeler, also preceded him in death.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday between 5-8:00PM at the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge.
