Obituaries

I was just telling my wife about my friend Robert from ps229 school. He had came into my mind while talking about younger days. I decided to look on line to see if hes on any social networks to reach out. I came across this obituary and was saddened. I remember him as a big mush , a large mellow very friendly boy. Kids can be cruel in grade school with bullying and making fun but not Robert. He was a happy friendly kind boy. I'm sure he grew to be the same as a man and will be missed by many. I never spoke to him in some 45 years and still felt terrible when I just read that he passed. If family members read this I want to say I'm so so sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace and never be forgotten. I remembered when we were kids he had a tick or habit that he couldnt control . I dont know if it ever stopped but it didnt seem to bother him at all. He would rock his head slowly and gently from side to side. I see he became a plumber. I'm a carpenter. Lol tradesmen rock. I had to say a few words about Robert my old friend. Maybe we will meet again some day. Rest in piece. Such a big loss.
