Obituaries

Marianne Cwalina, age 65, of Allentown, and formerly of Old Forge, died Saturday evening at Lehigh Valley Medical Center in Allentown.
Born in Old Forge on June 28, 1951, and daughter of the late Stanley and Helen Grzyboski Cwalina, Marianne was a graduate of Old Forge High School. Upon earning her Bachelors Degree from Wilkes College she worked for PPL Electric Utilities, most recently in Allentown. Passing away peacefully surrounded by family, she will be forever missed.
She is survived her daughters, Jennifer Gallagher and husband Scott of West Chester and Kate Orloski of Arlington, Virginia; her brothers, Raymond Cwalina and wife Carol of Williamsburg, Virginia, and John Cwalina and wife Sandra of Old Forge; a niece and a nephew.
Funeral services by Rev. Glen Triplett, Pastor of St. Stephen’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dickson City, will be private with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Old Forge.
