Obituaries

Megan Marie White, age 31, of Bethlehem and formerly of Scranton, passed away Tuesday morning.
Born on August 28, 1985, she was the daughter of Shelly White and Frank Pometti. Megan enjoyed playing softball in her youth and was both a graduate and Homecoming Queen of Carbondale Area High School, Class of 2003. At the time of her death, she was studying to become a licensed beautician.
She was fashionable, stylish and loved to shop. Never angry, she loved laughing and she adored her family, especially her daughter. Taken from her loved ones much too soon, she will be forever missed.
She is also survived by her daughter, Sahmyaa; her brother, Dominick Pometti; her sisters, Katrina and Amanda White; and countless relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be Tuesday between 4-7:00PM at the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Ave., Scranton.
