Obituaries

Mary McCusker, age 87, of Tunkhannock, passed away Monday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 47 years, Gary McCusker, on March 31, 1997.
Born on April 23, 1929 and daughter of the late Bernardo and Marie Ricardi Corona, Mary was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Tunkhannock. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Benjamin McCusker and wife Renee of Tunkhannock, Joseph Krakowski and wife Suvean of San Diego, Ca., and Mary Ann Ellis and husband Robert of Denver, Pa.; four grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Also preceding her in death was an immensely missed grandson, Robert Ellis, Jr., and her siblings.
A Memorial Mass at Nativity B.V.M. will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary’s name to the American Heart Association, .PO. Box 15120, Chicago, IL., 60693.
