Nina Stephanie Daleo née Corvo age 55 of Scranton, passed away Monday morning. Her husband of 31 years Robert Corvo died in 2014. Born in Manhattan, daughter of Frances and the late Peter Daleo. Nina was a graduate of Hunter College High School for the intellectually gifted. She was a newspaper writer and published poet. She enjoyed reading, cooking, crafting, games and spending time with her family.
Nina is survived by her children, Tanya and Windsor, her mother Frances; siblings, Alan Carol and Debra, two grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Nina’s life is scheduled for Monday, November 21st, Relatives may pay their respects between 6-7 with service beginning at 7 in the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc.125 North Main Avenue in Scranton.
