Obituaries

Robert (Bob) J. Baldoni, age 64, a lifelong resident of Scranton, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday at home.
Born on June 25, 1952, son of the late Joseph and Eleanor Smith Baldoni, Bob attended the former Scranton Technical high School, before becoming an independent owner/operator in the trucking business.
Bob will be long remembered for many things. He was a car enthusiast and a keeper of all things sentimental in value. He was a kind-hearted man with an amazing sense of humor who was always willing to help those in need. He will always be missed.
He is survived by his loving children, Robert Drugatz and wfe Tammy of Long Pond, Jennifer, Sandra and Tristan Baldoni, all of Scranton, Jessica Baldoni of Wilkes Barre, Jenelle Baldoni of New Jersey, Joshua Wilson of Old Forge and Dana Fox of Dunmore; siblings, Patrick, Butch and Tina Baldoni, Penny LeFlair, Mary Searfoss and Michelle Crogan, all of Scranton, and Julia Lee of Dunmore; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Also preceding him in death was a beloved daughter, Katelyn Marie Baldoni, on March 2nd; siblings, Frank Baldoni, Barbara Searfoss, Ebe Santos and an infant sister; and his former wife, Dorothea Perna Baldoni, on November 5th.
A Blessing service by Rev. Arthur Davis is scheduled for Wednesday at 5:00PM at the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue, Scranton.
