Obituaries

Douglas C. Palmiter, 73, a resident of Dickson City, died Wednesday at home.
Born October 3, 1942, he was employed most of his life as a painter. Doug was of the Protestant faith.
Doug was a very generous and giving man. As a final gesture of kindness, he donated his corneas so that someone
might be able to have the gift of sight. He will be deeply missed by those who really knew and loved him.
Private arrangements are under the care of the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., Scranton.
