Earl was a very kind and generous man. He was always volunteering to help someone out. He was the only person who could call me "Stella" and get away with it. He will be truly missed.

Sincere condolences to all of Earl's large family,their spouses and their children. He was an honorable police officer during his service with the City of Scranton. May he RIP Marion Caffrey
