William Fredericks, age 64, passed away at his home in Dalton Monday morning after an illness. He is survived by his loving companion, Carolyn Craig and her son Eric, with whom he resided.
A long term resident of Fords, New Jersey, Bill was born in Newark, NJ, on September 24, 1951. He was the son of the late Robert and Mary (May Grozinski ) Fredericks. Bill is also survived by his sister, MaryBeth Kruczek, her husband Frank and their son Robert, as well as his close cousin, Linda Beauchamp, and her husband Bob, all of New Jersey. He loved them all very much and cherished the time he had with them. His beloved brothers, Bobby and Gary, preceded him in death.
A member of the Local #251 Carpenter’s Union, Bill was thankful for the close and lasting friendships he had formed over the years with his co-workers and how they were always there for each other.
Bill was a lifelong sports enthusiast and participant who especially enjoyed golf and baseball. He particularly loved spending time outdoors with Carolyn and Eric, whom he considered a son.
Carolyn sends thanks to the entire staff of Traditional Home Health and Hospice Care for the tremendous help provided in their time of need.
