Obituaries

Elizabeth Kessler, age 86, of Taylor, died Wednesday at Allied Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton, after a two-year stay. She was preceded in death in 1980 by her husband Oris Kessler.
Born on March 15, 1929, she worked in several factories prior to her retirement. She will be dearly missed by her family.
She is survived by her three sons, her caregiver, Joseph Mullen, at home; George Mullen of TX.; and Henry Mullen of MA.; her grandchildren, Kelly and Joseph Mullen, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Marie and Te-Hanna Harris, Brian Orlowski, Jr., and Joseph Mullen, III.
Private arrangements are under the care of the Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue, Scranton.
