John William Reviello, III, age 23, of Taylor, died Friday.
Born in Scranton on October 4, 1991, John was the son of John, Jr., and Barbara Matthews Reviello. Educated at Riverside High School, he worked for Golden Technologies of Old Forge. A Christian, he attended St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Taylor.
A Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoyed playing video games, he also possessed a tremendous work ethic. Forever remembered for his big heart and sense of humor, his family meant the world to him. He will be forever missed by family and friends.
He is also survived by his sisters, Tiffany and Amanda Reviello, both of Taylor; his grandfathers, John Reviello, Sr., of Old Forge, and John Matthews of Taylor; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
His grandmothers, Marion Lettieri Reviello and Barbara Dudeck Matthews, preceded him in death.
Funeral services at 7:00PM, to be co-conducted by Rev. Norm Demming and John’s father, are scheduled for Tuesday in the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge. Interment, private. Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday between 4-7:00PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John’s name to the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, 352 Park Avenue South, 9th Floor, New York, N.Y., 10010 (Attention: Development Department).
