Obituaries

Ethel M. Forman, age 70, a resident at Riverside Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, passed away Friday morning after an illness. She is preceded in death on June 22, 1976 by her husband Lynn J Forman. Born in Charleston, SC. on January 28, 1945, Ethel eventually raised her family in Wyoming. Warm-hearted, friendly and social, there wasn’t anywhere Ethel didn’t make friends. She had many friends at Jermyn Apartments where she lived previously, and enjoyed visiting both Steamtown and Viewmont Malls. Passing away peacefully, she was a loving mother and dear friend who will be forever missed.
She is survived by her two daughters Sarah and Aletha Forman both of Old Forge. Also preceding her in death is a brother Robert Hinsinger. Her family would like to thank, especially, the entire staff at Riverside as well as Dr. Barry Minora for the the years of care given to Ethel.
Private arrangements are under the care of the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc. 517 North Main Street, Old Forge. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may made in Ethel’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association 57 North Franklin Street Wilkes-Barre, 18701.
