Marjorie L. Parker, L.P.N., age 93, a resident of the The Jewish Home of Eastern Pennsylvania in Scranton, died on Tuesday afternoon. She was preceded in death in 1988 by her husband, Robert B. Parker, and in 1995, by her son, Raymond B. Parker. Born in Forty Fort, on August 3, 1921, Marjorie was the daughter of the late Raymond and Margaret Erwine Titus. Upon moving to South Nyack, New York, with her husband, she worked as a nurse for Nyack Hospital. A loving grandmother, sister, aunt, relative and friend, she will be dearly missed.
Also preceding her in death was a brother, Raymond Titus.
She is survived by her beloved granddaughter, Wendy Dudeck of Scranton; her sister, Doris Wilkie of Wilkes Barre; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services, to be conducted by Rev. Carl Brigido, Pastor of the Olive Branch Bible Church, are scheduled for Friday at 6:00PM in Marcy Cemetery in Duryea.
Her family would like to express their gratitude to both the staff of The Jewish Home and also to Dr. Kenneth Sebastianelli for the tremendous care give to Marjorie throughout the years.
