George R. McDowell, age 51, of North Scranton, died Monday at Moses Taylor Hospital in Scranton.
He is survived by his children, John and Stacey McDowell; his sisters, Mary Vandemark and Mabel McDowell; and four grandchildren, all of Allentown.
Private interment arrangements at Riverside Cemetery in Norristown are under the care of the Kevin K. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue, Scranton.
