Obituaries

Linda S. Lynch, 65, a resident of the Green Ridge Section of Scranton, died Friday, February 7th, in Regional Hospital of Scranton. Her former husband and longtime best friend is Gerald W. Lynch.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Vincent Thomas and Elsie Genello Kozlowski. A graduate of Riverside High School, she was employed by Progressive Insurance, Stafford Avenue, Scranton, and A.C. Moore, Dickson City.
Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who was an incredible seamstress. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by a daughter, Annette Brush, and husband, David, New Milford; two sons, Gerald Lynch, Throop, and Logan Lynch, Scranton; two brothers, Vincent Kozlowski, Old Forge, and Arthur Michael, Scranton; 6 grandchildren, Lynnea, Christina, Nathan, Samuel, Troy and T.J.; a niece, Christine Caro; and two cousins, Sylvia Smith and Debbie Murphy.
A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Saturday, February 22, at 11 AM in the Green Ridge Assembly of God Church, 825 Green Ridge Street, Scranton.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects Saturday from 10 AM until the time of service at the church.
