Obituaries

Ann C. Krukowski, R.N., age 66, of Ransom and formerly of Old Forge, passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning at home. She is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph Krukowski. Wed on May 3, 1969, the couple were married for 44 years. Born in Old Forge on December 4, 1947, daughter of the late Richard and Eleanor Williams Becker, Ann was a graduate of Old Forge High School, Class of 1965. She became a registered nurse after graduating from the former Community Medical Center School of Nursing and previously worked for C.M.C. and Allied Services, both of Scranton. A passionate animal lover, she was a strong supporter of the Humane Society. A loving wife, mother and sister, she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by two children, Melissa Evans and husband Michael of Factoryville and Eric Krukowski of San Francisco, California; and a sister, Diane Beviglia of Old Forge.
Private arrangements are under the care of the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge.
