Services have been scheduled for Leroy W. Phenix, age 55, who died on Sunday at Allied Skilled Nursing Center in Scranton. Cemetery chapel services will be held on Tuesday at noon in the Old Forge Cemetery, Smull Street, in Old Forge, to be conducted by Rev. Doug Jensen, Pastor of the Moosic Alliance Community Church.
Arrangements are under the care of the Kevin K. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 125 North Main Avenue, Scranton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Leroy’s name to the Griffin Pond Animal Shelter, 967 Griffin Pond Road, Clarks Summit, 18411.
