Anthony (T.K.) Kozlowski, age 49, of the Greenwood section of Moosic, passed away Thursday morning at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore, after a courageous 4 year battle with leukemia. Born on December 3, 1968, and raised in Moosic, he was the beloved son of devoted mother, Jo Marturano, with whom he resided. A graduate of Dunmore High School, Class of 1990, T.K. worked at Keystone Community Resources for a decade and 22 years for Allied Services’ workshop.
TK loved playing for hours on end with his massive collection of matchbox cars. Where many were named after his family and friends. Prior to his illness he loved swimming, he was a “real fish” in the water. He also enjoyed dancing, eating and teasing those close to him. And oh did he love his cologne. Tony was a unique guy, had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. A loving son, brother and nephew, now at peace he will be missed forever.
He is survived by his siblings, Joseph Kozlowski and wife Sharon of Laflin and Shari Kozlowski of Old Forge; his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Jachob, Samantha and Joseph; and aunts and uncles, including his favorite of all, Ruth Rohan of Throop.
His family would like to thank the amazing staff of Sacred Heart Hospice for their tremendous care as well as dear family friends, Mary Warnock and June Coggins for their loyal support.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects on Monday between 5-7:00PM at the Thomas P. Kearney Funeral Home, Inc., 517 North Main Street, Old Forge. Tuesday’s funeral services by Rev. Errol Morgan, Jr. and interment at Sacred Heart Parish Cemetery in Scranton will be privately held.
